BEFORE YOU START

A clear decision.
No vague promises.

Send your existing website or a short project brief. Tell us your target market and the most important outcome.

How is the project priced?

The estimate depends on page count, user roles, integrations, content, languages and the support scope. We separate implementation costs from hosting and third-party subscriptions. A proposal should show assumptions and exclusions, so changes to an API, data migration or content responsibilities can be assessed before work begins.

Who owns the website and accounts?

Ownership, source-code handover and account access should be explicitly agreed in the proposal. Third-party software remains subject to its own licence. Ask who controls the domain, hosting, analytics, payment accounts and design files, and how access will be transferred at handover.

Can we launch in phases?

Yes. We can define an initial release around essential user journeys, then price additional functionality as a separate phase. A first release should still be testable and usable: decide what a customer must complete, what staff must see, and how success will be measured.

Do you guarantee rankings or sales?

No. Search visibility and sales depend on competition, demand, content, budget and your sales process. We define measurable goals and review progress. We can report search impressions, relevant enquiries and the journey from visit to contact, but cannot promise a fixed position or lead count.
